Return and Cancellation Policy


  • To provide our customers with a sound shopping experience, we devised a liberal return and cancellation policy. Below we have discussed the policy in brief:
  • Consider requesting a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order; it can't be cancelled.
  • If you initiate the cancellation request after the order has been communicated to the respective merchants and they happen to have initiated the shipping process, we are afraid such cancellation requests cannot be taken into account.
  • Orders of products listed under special occasion categories such as Pongal, Diwali, Valentine's Day, etc. cannot be cancelled. 
  • Information on defective or damaged products: If you received such a parcel, you need to inquire about our Customer Support Team within 24 hours of order delivery. Make sure to share images of the product and the packaging to help us look into the matter. We will redirect the complaint to the concerned merchant, who shall check on their end. If your order qualifies for return due to damage, it shall be replaced by us free of cost within seven working days from filing the complaint.
  • If you find any disparity between the product and its specifications listed on the website, please bring it to our notice by contacting the Customer Support Team within 24 hours of product delivery. After that, we will draw an appropriate conclusion based on your complaint. A complete refund shall be initiated on our part as soon as possible, in case our product did not be in par with those descriptions and specifications.
  • For products presented with warranties from the manufacturer, one requires to refer any issue to them.
  • For returns without any damage or fault, the shipping costs have to be on the buyer. The refund shall be processed with 3 working days as soon as we access the return tracking details on our side.  
  • The buyer needs to ship the item to be returned at his own expense. And once we receive the item in good condition, the total refund amount (excluding shipping charges) will be processed within 3 working days. 


Refund Policy

Orders which have been delivered to the concerned buyers can't be refunded for. But if you truly feel that the product does not match its specifications mentioned on the website, contact our Customer Support Team within 24 hours.
